2.1 Offer Details: We are offering one free copyright filing to users who fill out a form with their first name, last name, and email address. This offer covers our filing fee but does not include the government filing fee.
2.2 One-Time Use: This offer is limited to one-time use per user. Users can only submit the form once to receive the free copyright.
2.3 Government Filing Fees: Users are responsible for paying the government filing fees associated with their copyright filing. Depending on the type of song and the user's contribution to the work, they may be required to pay multiple filing fees.
2.4 Platform Launch: After filling out the form, users will be contacted when our platform officially launches. Upon logging into the platform, they will see “Available Copyrights: 1,” which entitles them to file one copyright with us, excluding our filing fee charge.

4.3 Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our platform.
